About the Program
Please complete the form below to confirm your interest in participating in our 3-month coaching program. If chosen to participate in the program, you will receive support from a board certified health and wellness coach at no cost to you.
This 3 month coaching program will include regular 30-minute live phone coaching sessions that you can schedule at your convenience, along with chat messaging with your health coach in between sessions. You can think of your health coach as your dedicated support person who will walk alongside you as you pursue cancer care. Your health coach can help you set goals, explore your values, increase your motivation, encourage and empower you, make changes that feel important to you, boost your resilience, and give you a space to process your emotions throughout your treatment journey. Your dedicated health coach can connect you with pharmacists to answer questions about your medications and ensure your cancer care runs smoothly.
